We process personal data that you entrust to us in order to fulfill the following purposes:
Provision of services, performance of the contract — your personal data in the range of: name and surname, birth number, address of permanent residence, telephone contact, e-mail address.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have not specified otherwise in specific cases.
When browsing the website, we record: your IP address, how long you stay on the page and which page you come from. We consider the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of the website as a legitimate interest of the personal data controller.
Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible with the help of modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We have adopted and maintain technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing you can use it if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing. Right to erasure (to be forgotten) — Your next right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right of erasure.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, for example, I have to register issued tax documents after a period stipulated by law, or we will need personal data for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, or another exemption from the obligation to delete data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR applies. In this case, it will not be possible to comply with your request for deletion of personal data in whole or in part. We will inform you by e-mail about the execution of the deletion and the extent of the deleted personal data.
Right to withdraw consent with the processing of your personal data. To exercise this right, please contact us. Any withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.
Complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection — If you feel that we do not treat your data in accordance with the law and GDPR, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We would be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any misconduct.
Unsubscribe from newsletters — We send you emails with information, news, articles, etc. based on legitimate interest. If you are not our client, we send them to you based on your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
Confidentiality — Our employees and collaborators who will process personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and about security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the end of the contractual relationship with us. Without consent, personal data will not be released to a third party.
